New Patient Information

Your first visit to New England Dermatology Associates sets the foundation for our relationship with you. There will be more paperwork and administrative tasks than at future visits. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time on you initial visit.

Your First Visit

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history and your current medications. Please bring a current list of all treating physicians and medicines that you take (both prescription and non-prescription).
